By accessing or using Lentrox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lentrox in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
• Uploads, distributes, or generates unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful material.
• Attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Introduces malware, malicious code, bots, or automated abuse.
• Uses the service to develop or distribute harmful, unsafe, or unauthorized systems.
• Misrepresents AI-generated content as verified fact where such use could cause harm.

We reserve the right to investigate misuse and take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending access, or terminating accounts.

6. User Content

You may submit prompts, text, files, images, data, code, or other materials through Lentrox (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to any rights necessary for us to operate the service.

By submitting User Content, you grant Lentrox a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and use that content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to submit and use it with Lentrox.

7. AI-Generated Output

Lentrox may generate text, images, code, summaries, recommendations, automations, or other outputs based on your inputs. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use.

• You are responsible for reviewing and validating all output before relying on or publishing it.
• You must not rely on Lentrox as a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
• Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.

8. Intellectual Property

Lentrox, including its branding, software, design, interfaces, models, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, distribute, modify, license, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of Lentrox.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of Lentrox may require payment, subscription, or usage-based billing. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable charges.

• Fees are payable as described at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing or plan features in the future with reasonable notice where required.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Lentrox at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, exposed us to legal liability, or misused the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use Lentrox ends immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Disclaimers

Lentrox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended result, or operate without interruption or error.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lentrox and its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to Lentrox will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Lentrox after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

If you want, you can later replace this section with your exact country/state and dispute venue once you decide which legal entity will operate Lentrox.
